Abstract
<jats:p>Приемка медицинского изделия — это процесс сверки наименования, количества, качества, ассортимента, комплектности полученного товара с данными сопроводительных документов, условиями договора и (или) требованиями ГОСТ, технических условий. При приемке товара проверяется соответствие параметров медицинского изделия, указанных в сопроводительной документации, условиям договора. Приемка товара также предусматривает проверку его технического состояния. Целесообразно включить в договор условия о порядке приемки медицинского изделия. При выявлении несоответствий и недостатков медицинского изделия условиям договора или требованиям ГОСТ, ТУ несоответствия (недостатки) фиксируются клиникой пластической хирургии в документах о приемке товара (накладной, акте и др.), после чего она незамедлительно письменно уведомляет о них поставщика. Дефекты медицинского изделия подлежат устранению (либо медицинское изделие заменяется) поставщиком по требованию покупателя в сроки, установленные договором. В случае признания по результатам приемки соответствия медицинского изделия условиям договора, иным обязательным требованиям клиника пластической хирургии подписывает товарную накладную.</jats:p> <jats:p>Acceptance of a medical product is the process of checking the name, quantity, quality, range, completeness of the received goods with the data of the accompanying documents, terms of the contract and (or) the requirements of GOST, technical conditions. When accepting the goods, the parameters of the medical product specified in the accompanying documentation are checked for compliance with the terms of the contract. Acceptance of the goods also provides for checking its technical condition. It is advisable to include in the contract the terms of the procedure for accepting the medical product. If any discrepancies or deficiencies of the medical product with the terms of the contract or the requirements of GOST, TU are detected, the plastic surgery clinic records the discrepancies (deficiencies) in the documents on acceptance of the goods (invoice, act, etc.), after which it immediately notifies the supplier of them in writing. Defects of the medical product are subject to elimination (or the medical product is replaced) by the supplier at the request of the buyer within the timeframes established by the contract. In the event that, based on the results of acceptance, the medical product is recognized as complying with the terms of the contract and other mandatory requirements, the plastic surgery clinic signs the consignment note.</jats:p>
