Abstract
<jats:p>В данной статье раскрывается актуальность исследования проблемы антифакторов развития социальной организации, её сущность. При этом анализируются трудности, которые имеют место при определении понятия, структуры, классификации различных видов антифакторов развития социальной организации. С их преодолением связана надёжность системы организационного развития. Поэтому не случайно наиболее важной задачей является создание общей социально-психологической теории развития. В то же время теория различных видовразвития является составной частью общейтеории и практики её обеспечения. Они дополняют друг друга. Без этого невозможно вести речь об эффективной практике обеспечения развития социальной организации.</jats:p> <jats:p>This article explores the relevance of research into the problem of antifactors in social organization development and its essence. It also analyzes the difficulties encountered in defining the concept, structure, and classification of various types of antifactors in social organization development. Overcoming these difficulties is crucial to the reliability of an organizational development system. Therefore, it is no coincidence that the most important task is to create a general socio-psychological theory of development. At the same time, the theory of various types of development is an integral part of the general theory and practice of its implementation. They complement each other. Without this, it is impossible to discuss effective practice in ensuring the development of a social organization.</jats:p>
