Abstract
<jats:p>The aim of this paper is to examine the relationship between working conditions, perceptions of organizational justice and employee commitment with their overall job satisfaction. The research was conducted on a sample of 60 respondents in organizations in the Republic of Serbia, using standardized measurement instruments and statistical data processing SPSS 26. The results show that favorable working conditions and fair treatment significantly contribute to employee commitment, which is further associated with a higher level of job satisfaction..</jats:p>
