УНАПРЕЂЕЊЕ ПРОЦЕСА ПРИПРЕМЕ МЕДОНОСНИХ РАМОВА ПРИМЕНОМ ЛЕАН АЛАТА, IMPROVEMENT OF THE HONEY FRAME PREPARATION PROCESS THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF LEAN TOOLS

<jats:p>This paper presents the analysis and improvement of the beekeeping frame preparation process through the application of Lean tools. Based on long-standing beekeeping practices, key problems were identified in four main operations: frame assembly, drilling, wiring, and embedding of wax foundations. The goal was to identify points where errors and losses occur and to propose measures for their elimination through the application of 5S, SMED, Poka Yoke, and Kaizen approaches. The implementation of Lean methodology enabled work standardization, reduced operation time, and improved quality of the final product.</jats:p>
