<jats:p>This thesis presents a detailed description of the software architecture and implementation of the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) mechanism within an embedded system based on the RISC-V architecture. It documents the complete process of bringing up software on a new chip, from the initial hardware initialization to establishing functional communication with external systems.</jats:p>
