<jats:p>Energy/fuel consumption is an area that has been continuously improved since the advent of vehicles, whether they are powered by internal combustion engines, hybrids, or electric drivetrains. This paper will present the impact of air conditioning system operation on fuel consumption, as well as a comparison of fuel consumption in two operating modes on a vehicle that has been in use for an extended period of time.</jats:p>
