Abstract
<jats:p>This paper presents the implementation, integration with an example application within the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, and the evaluation of an analytical platform for supporting data-driven software development. The platform aims to boost the chances of successful product launch and enhance companies' competitive advantage in the market. It is modular, with specific tools provided for implementing the stated modules. The platform’s input consists of data derived from user interactions with the application, while the output is a set of dashboards that enable informed decision-making about the further development of the application. The evaluation results confirmed that the solution meets the requirements for real-world use.</jats:p>
