Abstract
<jats:p>The content of this publication corresponds to the educational and professional training programs for students pursuing a first (bachelor’s) degree in higher education: the educational and professional program «Secondary Education (Mathematics. Computer Science)», specialty 014.04 «Secondary Education (Mathematics)», and the educational and professional program «Secondary Education (Computer Science. English)», specialty 014.09 «Secondary Education (Computer Science)». The textbook contains the theoretical foundations of the methodical for teaching computer science within the content module on the methodical of teaching information technology based on the NUS (New Ukrainian School) model programs in the core computer science course (7–9 grades), and their application in practical and laboratory work, complete with examples. The manual is intended for students of higher teacher training, methodists and participants in professional development courses in the specialization «Methods of Teaching Computer Science».</jats:p>
