Abstract

<jats:p>The article examines the current problems that arise in the process of collective creativity involving artificial intelligence (AI). The key challenges associated with establishing authorship, sharing responsibility, ensuring the uniqueness of the result, and the ethical aspects of human and AI co-creation are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to legal conflicts arising from the use of AI technologies in the field of jurisprudence, where the creative process is aimed at creating regulatory legal acts, court decisions, and legal opinions. It is proved that the existing legal paradigm based on subject-object relations is inadequate for regulating interactions in the “human” triangle. ‒ AI is the result”. In conclusion, it is concluded that the existing legal regulation is insufficient and proposals are formulated to adapt the norms of civil and intellectual law to new realities, including the possible introduction of a special legal status for “works created with the help of AI”.</jats:p>
