Abstract

The article highlights the relevance of studying the perceived psychological resources of the workplace by em-ployees with different levels of subjective well-being, professional burnout, and working in different formats: in the office, in a hybrid format, and remotely. The results of an empirical study conducted using a drawing tech-nique are analyzed, which allow us to identify the hierarchy of significance for employees in the selected groups of such psychological workplace resources as functionality, social interactions, emotional comfort, and professional identity. Data were obtained on the invariant significance of the psychological resources of func-tionality and emotional comfort in general, as well as on the ambivalent significance of individual components of emotional comfort and the variable importance of the resources of social interaction and professional identi-ty, depending on the level of psychological well-being, professional burnout, and the employee’s work envi-ronment.
