Abstract
<jats:p>This study examines maritime economic cooperation in Northeast Asia within the framework of the strategic maritime partnership between Russia and China. Using a literature review to examine the economic and socio-logical context and policy documents regulating maritime trade development in both countries, as well as case studies analyzing the results and challenges of typical joint initiatives, the author attempts to identify emerging trends in maritime economic cooperation between Russia and China in Northeast Asia. The study’s objectives are to identify the strategic factors underlying bilateral cooperation; assess the current status of key areas of the Russia-China trade partnership in Northeast Asia; analyze the main challenges and institutional barriers to this cooperation; and offer practical recommendations for addressing existing issues.</jats:p>
