Abstract

<jats:p>The article interprets the crisis of modern science as a loss of semantic coherence, epistemic filtering, and in-terdisciplinary translatability of data. It is noted that the indicated problems solving is possible with the achievement of multidisciplinary expertise, universalization of the semantic space of science, and scientific procedures clarity maintenance. It substantiates the usage of scientific metalanguage as a philosophical and methodological tool for describing the status of scientific statements, methods, data preparation conditions, evidential standards, and limitations of results usability. The article also argues for a new digital encyclopedia of verified knowledge based on metalanguage passports of scientific results, it may become a digital infra-structure of examining knowledge systematization. The project is considered to be important for the Russian Federation including the improvement of the research efficiency of scientific process, the trust from the side of the society, intellectual sovereignty strengthening, and national scientific schools development.</jats:p>
