Abstract

The formation of traditional Chinese culture is a unique phenomenon of civilizational synthesis, based on the inseparable unity of cosmological ideas, moral and ethical norms, and political and ritual practices. The central matrix that defines the axiological core of Chinese civilization is the philosophical category of “Yin – Yang” (阴阳), which combines dualism and the dynamic balance of opposing principles. This work aims to reconstruct the worldview model of Chinese culture from its historical, philosophical, cultural, and semiotic perspectives. The study draws on the concepts of cultural continuity, the interpretation of the “man-nature-cosmos” triad, and a cultural-philosophical approach, revealing the multilayered structure of Chinese identity from ancient meta-physics to the ideology of the “New Era”. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that the worldview structure of Chi-nese traditional culture is a synthesis of ethical and metaphysical ideas based on moral regulation, natural spontaneity and spiritual liberation of man.
