<jats:p>Abstract This work examines the origin (abiogenesis) and evolution of life within the framework of the Acta Universi (AU) hypothesis. In the AU model, the non-local informational field identified with dynamical dark energy is driven by the growth of theta-entropy S_Θ, generated most efficiently by biological and intelligent processes. Life is interpreted not as a contingent byproduct but as a primary cosmological agent that accelerates the expansion of the Universe through entropy production, potentially leading to a phantom regime (w&lt;-1) and a Big Rip scenario. Standard stages of terrestrial evolution—from LUCA and the Great Oxidation Event to multicellularity, intelligence, and the technosphere—are reinterpreted as successive increases in the rate of S_Θgeneration. The hypothesis is linked to DESI DR2 (2025) indications of evolving dark energy in the w_0–w_a plane (w_0&gt;-1, w_a&lt;0), interpreted as an early phase of entropy-driven dynamics that may intensify with the spread of life, civilizations, and AI. Connections to holographic dark energy models, the coincidence problem, and possible feedback mechanisms (entropy cascade) are discussed. The status of the hypothesis as of 2026 remains speculative yet observationally anchored by DESI results. Аннотация В работе рассматривается зарождение (абиогенез) и эволюция жизни в рамках гипотезы Acta Universi (AU). В модели AU нелокальное информационное поле, отождествляемое с динамической тёмной энергией, управляется ростом тета-энтропии S_Θ, наиболее эффективно генерируемой биологическими и разумными процессами. Жизнь интерпретируется не как случайный побочный продукт, а как один из главных космологических факторов, ускоряющий расширение Вселенной через производство энтропии и потенциально ведущий к фантомному режиму (w&lt;-1) и сценарию Big Rip. Стандартные этапы земной эволюции — от LUCA и Великого кислородного события до многоклеточности, интеллекта и техносферы — переосмысливаются как последовательное увеличение скорости генерации S_Θ. Гипотеза связывается с данными DESI DR2 (2025), указывающими на эволюционирующую тёмную энергию в плоскости w_0–w_a (w_0&gt;-1, w_a&lt;0), которые трактуются как ранняя фаза энтропийно-управляемой динамики, способная усилиться при распространении жизни, цивилизаций и ИИ. Обсуждаются связи с моделями голографической тёмной энергии, проблемой совпадения и возможными механизмами обратной связи (энтропийный каскад). Статус гипотезы на 2026 год остаётся спекулятивным, но опирается на наблюдательные намёки DESI.
