Abstract
<jats:p>В статье обозначена проблема необходимости введения в научный оборот и изучения ненаградных знаков фалеристики. На примере побратимских связей Свердловской области РСФСР и Западночешской области Чехословакии рассмотрены фалеронимы данной тематики, созданные в СССР и ЧССР. Установлено, что отсутствовали единые стандарты по созданию знаков, это определило широкое разнообразие побратимских фалеронимов регионов СССР и ЧССР. Выявлено порядка 40 видов нагрудных фалеронимов и несколько видов настольных медалей, посвященных побратимским связям Свердловской и Западночешской областей. Сделан вывод о том, что дружеские отношения Среднего Урала и Западной Чехии были наиболее массово представлены в фалеристике международной дружбы городов и регионов. Определены особенности побратимской фалеристики указанных регионов: рассмотрены знаки городов-побратимов, предприятий-побратимов, интеротряда, отдельный сюжет посвящен формированию фалеронимов к Дням дружбы регионов. Высказано предположение о том, что перечень выявленных фалеронимов побратимских связей Свердловской и Западночешской областей не является исчерпывающим, что определяет перспективы дальнейшего изучения темы.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article outlines the need to introduce into scientific discourse and study non-award items of phaleristics. Using the example of twinning relations between Sverdlovsk Oblast and West Bohemian Region (Západočeský kraj) of Czechoslovakia, the author studies the relevant phaleronyms created in the USSR and Czechoslovak Socialist Republic (ČSSR). It was found that there were no uniform standards for the creation of badges, which determined the wide variety of twin phaleronyms in the USSR and ČSSR. About 40 types of lapel phaleronyms and several types of table medals related to the twinning relations of Sverdlovsk Oblast and West Bohemian Region were identified. The author concluded that friendly relations between the Middle Urals and the Western Czechia were massively represented in the phaleronyms of international friendship between cities and regions. The features of the twin phaleristics of Sverdlovsk Oblast and West Bohemian Region were determined; the badges of the twin cities, the twin enterprises and the international brigade were studied; a separate study is devoted to the phaleronyms for the Days of Friendship between the regions. It is suggested that the list of the identified phaleronyms of twinning relations between Sverdlovsk Oblast and West Bohemian Region is not complete, which outlines the prospects for further study of the topic.</jats:p>
