Abstract
<jats:p>The article presents an analytical review of modern research in the field of ethical codification in higher education, which allows us to conclude that there is insufficient research into digital ethics in education.The purpose of the article is to determine those aspects of digital ethics that must be taken into account in the process of ethical codification in the space of modern higher education. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the analysis of the role of digital ethics in the process of ethical codification in higher education. As a result, a conclusion is made about the optimal content of the professional code in higher education, taking into account the dilemmas and risks of the digital educational space.</jats:p>
