Abstract
Mobile test objects used for evaluation of optic-electronic systems are analyzed. A new design of such an object is proposed, consisting of a dismountable frame and a fabric base. A special banner fabric is offered as the main material. A digital wide-format printing technology is used to draw mire lines. Field assembly and disassembly of the unit as well as its mounting are described. The advantages of the presented design are shown; they include high fidelity of mire image, possibility for manufacturing mires with the desired contrast range, high endurance and ease of use. The design of the test object was evaluated during flight tests. This device was certified by a metrological authority as applicable for military products testing
