Abstract

<jats:p>The sixth issue of the collection “Golden Horde Legacy” includes articles by participants of the VII International Golden Horde Forum “Pax Tatarica: Medieval Sources and Historical Context” (Bolgar–Kazan, June 9–11, 2025). The organizers of the Forum were the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences, Marjani Institute of History of the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences, and the Bulgarian Islamic Academy. The sections of the collection “History”, “Source Study”, “Historical Legends”, “Information, Religion, Music, Silk Road”, “Epigraphy, Numismatics, Archaeology” and “Discussions, Reviews” present research by Russian and foreign scholars on topical issues in the history of the Volga Bulgaria, the Golden Horde, the Tatar khanates, the late Golden Horde Turkic-Tatar states and their neighbors, and medieval Rus’. The materials of the collection are addressed to a wide range of scientists (historians, archaeologists, philologists, numismatists, ethnographers and other researchers), government officials, religious and public figures, as well as specialists, teachers, university students, and anyone interested in the history of the Golden Horde and its legacy.</jats:p>
