ПІДГОТОВКА СОЦІАЛЬНИХ ПРАЦІВНИКІВ ДО ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ЧУТЛИВИХ ТЕМ [<span>Training of Social Workers to Research Sensitive Topics</span><span>]</span>

<jats:p>This work aims to characterize the key competencies needed by social workers to conduct research on sensitive topics, as well as to present recommendations for their formation in educational programs of higher education institutions. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It was pointed iut that training of social workers to research sensitive topics is a complex process that combines the development of professional competencies, ethical standards, and self-regulation skills. Among the competencies, the following can be distinguished: ethical training, cultural competence, methodological skills, stress resistance, analytical thinking and reflection. These competencies not only contribute to the improvement of the quality of social research, but also ensure compliance with ethical standards and create conditions for safe and sensitive interaction with vulnerable population groups.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Adaptation of educational programs of higher education institutions to the needs of modern society requires the integration of these competencies into the educational process. It is recommended to introduce the analysis of real cases, interactive teaching methods, as well as research workshops that will stimulate the development of critical thinking and reflection. Such training ensures the effectiveness of research activities and minimizes risks for both respondents and researchers.</jats:p>
