Modern Trends and Problems of Innovative Development in Nordic Countries (Современные тенденции и проблемы инновационного развития стран Северной Европы Научный доклад в рамках внутрикафедрального повышения квалификации 03 июля 2023 года)

<jats:p>Northern Europe has been one of the leading regions in innovative development for quite a long period of time. The report identifies the features of the national innovation systems of the Nordic countries and reveals the reasons for the “innovation miracle” of Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland and Norway. The most relevant directions of their innovation and technology policy are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the problems and prospects for reforming the innovation sphere of Northern European countries under the influence of the “double transition” (digitalization and achieving carbon neutrality by 2050).The report attempts to identify problems that may affect the decline of the region's competitive position in global technological leadership.</jats:p>
