Abstract
<jats:p>В данной главе представлен анализ исследования уровня владения студентами первого и второго курсов Петербургского кампуса РАНХиГС образовательных онлайн платформ и сервисов. Исследование проводилось весной 2021 года. В нем приняло участие 216 студентов. В главе дана классификация цифровых образовательных сервисов и проанализирован опыт их применения в учебном процессе на примере создания Ленты времени с использованием ресурса Sutori. Благодаря образовательному инструменту «лента времени» можно решить несколько образовательных задач, повысить качество подготовки студентов и разнообразить образовательный процесс. Также в главе представлены результаты опроса студентов по практике использования онлайн технологий в учебном процессе для коммуникации.<br>По результатам исследования выявлен низкий уровень освоения образовательными онлайн технологиями, что требует внедрения в образовательный процесс заданий, выполняемых на онлайн сервисах. Это требование влечет за собой необходимость повышения квалификации профессорско-преподавательского состава кампуса.<br><br>This chapter presents an analysis of the study of the level of proficiency of first- and second-year students of the RANEPA St. Petersburg campus of educational online platforms and services. The study was conducted in the spring of 2021. 216 students took part in it. The chapter gives a classification of digital educational services and analyzes the experience of their application in the educational process by the example of creating a Time Tape using the Sutori resource. Thanks to the educational tool "tape of time", it is possible to solve several educational tasks, improve the quality of student training and diversify the educational process. The chapter also presents the results of a survey of students on the practice of using online technologies in the educational process for communication.<br>According to the results of the study, a low level of mastering educational online technologies was revealed, which requires the introduction of tasks performed on online services into the educational process. This requirement entails the need to improve the qualifications of the teaching staff of the campus.</jats:p>
