МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО РОЗВИТКУ УНІВЕРСИТЕТУ ЯК НЕОБХІДНІСТЬ МОДЕРНІЗАЦІЇ УПРАВЛІННЯ ВИЩИМ НАВЧАЛЬНИМ ЗАКЛАДОМ (Modeling of the Strategic Development of the University as a Need for Modernization of Higher Education Management)

<jats:p>&lt;b&gt;Ukrainian Abstract:&lt;/b&gt; У статті обґрунтовано необхідність моделювання стратегічного розвитку як модернізації управління вищим навчальним закладом. Висвітлено основні протиріччя, які зумовлюють доцільність стратегічного розвитку університету. Визначено передумови щодо моделювання стратегічного розвитку університету. Аргументовано, що стратегічний розвиток університету має призвести до балансу внутрішнього потенціалу навчального закладу відповідно до вимог зовнішнього середовища.У межах дослідження проблеми звертається увага на те, що управлінські дії щодо стратегічного розвитку університету дозволяють практично розв’язувати завдання, пов’язані із функціонуванням навчального закладу не тільки сьогодні, а й у перспективі.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;English Abstract:&lt;/b&gt; The need of the modeling of the strategic development as a modernization of the university management is substantiated in the article. The basic contradictions are determined which are conditioned the feasibility of the university strategic development. The author defined preconditions of the modeling of the university strategic development. The author argued the university strategic development can to balance internal capacity of the university in accordance with the requirements of the environment. The study problem draws attention to the management actions of university strategic development allow practically solve problems, which related with the functioning of the university not only today and in the perspective too.</jats:p>
