СПРЯМОВАНІСТЬ НАУКОВИХ ДОСЛІДЖЕНЬ З ТЕОРІЇ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЗАКЛАДАМИ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ В УКРАЇНІ ПОЧАТКУ ХХІ СТОЛІТТЯ (Orientation of Scientific Research on the Higher Education Institutions’ Management Theory in Ukraine at the Beginning of the 21st Century)

<jats:p>&lt;b&gt;Ukrainian Abstract:&lt;/b&gt; У статті здійснено аналіз тематик й змісту наукової літератури початку ХХІ століття крізь призму висвітлення у неї питань теорії управління закладами вищої освіти в Україні (понятійно-термінологічний апарат, обґрунтування правил, умов, концепцій, функцій, законів та закономірностей, принципів та підходів тощо). Основна увага зосереджується на системі управління закладами вищої освіти в Україні в його методологічному, понятійному, змістовному висвітленні. Виявлена основна спрямованість публікацій, проаналізовано найбільш значущі праці з даної проблеми, з’ясовано коло найбільш уживаних понять у науковій літературі з предмету дослідження, визначено якісний склад науковців та характерні риси цього періоду. Розглянуті видання характеризуються наступними особливостями: активізацією наукових досліджень, що відображають демократизацію управління освітніми закладами, інноваційний характер управління закладами вищої освіти, вивчення передового&lt;br&gt;зарубіжного досвіду управління освітою, упровадження маркетингу, стратегічного управління, застосування стандартів ISO у закладах вищої освіти та формуванням управлінського понятійного апарату. Визначено чинники, які зумовлюють зародження теоретичних засад управління освітніми закладами та які впливають на її розвиток.&lt;br&gt;Аналіз спрямованості пошуків українських вчених початку ХХІ ст. передбачав багатогранний, всебічний огляд пpeдмeтa дocлiджeння, тобто певну структуризацію масиву джерел з проблеми розвитку теорії управління закладами вищої освіти.&lt;br&gt;У статті авторка спирається на комплекс традиційних методів дослідження, як: аналіз, синтез, узагальнення та систематизація отриманих фактів. На першому етапі здійснено наукометричний аналіз семантичного спектра назв наукових праць з висвітлення у них проблем з висвітлення у них проблем теорії управління закладами вищої освіти; на другому – проаналізовано спрямованість цих досліджень.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;English Abstract:&lt;/b&gt; The article analyzes the topics and content of the scientific literature of the beginning of the 21st century through the prism of covering the issues of the higher education institutions’ management theory in Ukraine (conceptual terminology apparatus, justification of rules, conditions, concepts, functions, laws and regularities, principles and approaches, etc.). The main focus is on the management system of higher education institutions in Ukraine in its methodological, conceptual and meaningful coverage. The basic orientation of publications has been revealed, the most significant works on this problem have been analyzed, the circle of the most used concepts in the scientific literature in the subject of research has been clarified, the circle of scientists and characteristic features of this period have been defined. The considered editions are characterized by activation of scientific researches that reflect democratization of education institutions’ management, innovative character of higher education institutions’ management, studying of advanced foreign experience of education management, introduction of marketing, strategic management, application of ISO standards in higher education institutions and formation of management conceptual apparatus. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The factors that give rise to the theoretical foundations of the education institutions’ management and which influence its development have been identified.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The analysis of the Ukrainian scientists’ searches orientation at the beginning of the 21st century provided for a multifaceted, comprehensive review of the research subject, that is, a certain structuring of the sources array on the problem of the higher education institutions’ management theory.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In the article the author relies on the set of traditional research methods, such as: analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization of the obtained facts. In the first stage, a scientometric analysis of the semantic spectrum of scientific works titles on covering their problems with the higher education institutions’ management theory on the problem has been carried out; on the second, the focus of these studies has been analyzed.</jats:p>
