СТРАТЕГІЧНІ НАПРЯМИ РОЗВИТКУ НАУКОВОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ЗАКЛАДУ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ (Strategic Directions of the Development of Scientific Activity in the University)

<jats:p>&lt;b&gt;Ukrainian Abstract:&lt;/b&gt; У статті обґрунтовується актуальність визначення стратегічних напрямів розвитку наукової діяльності закладу вищої освіти як пріоритетної діяльності у набутті університетом статусу самоврядного закладу вищої освіти дослідницького типу. Виокремлено найбільш поширені стратегічні цілі щодо розвитку наукової діяльності різних університетів. Установлено, що на визначення стратегічних напрямів розвитку наукової діяльності закладу вищої освіти впливають світові тенденції розвитку вищої освіти, фактори зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, думкистейкхолдерів, науковий потенціал університету. З’ясовано, що визначення стратегічних напрямів у науковій діяльності закладу вищої освіти дає змогу колективу університету сформувати конкурентні переваги, підвищити наукову активність професорсько-викладацького складу та студентів, розширювати наукове співробітництво, розвивати інноваційне наукове середовище&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;English Abstract:&lt;/b&gt; The article substantiates the relevance of the definition of strategic directions for the development of the scientific activity of the university as a priority activity in obtaining the status of a self-governing research university. The author has identified the most common strategic goals for the development of scientific activities of various universities. The author has revealed that the global trends in the development of higher education, external and internal factors influence to the determination of the strategic directions of the development of the scientific activity of the university. The author found that the definition of strategic directions in the research activities of the university allows the university’s staff to form competitive advantages, increase the scientific activity of the faculty and students, expand scientific cooperation, develop an innovative scientific environment.</jats:p>
