Активен модел за оценка на компетенциите за подбор за свободна длъжностна позиция като част от програма за социална адаптация на освободените от военна служба военнослужещи (Active Model of Competences’ Evaluation in the Process of Selection for Free Vacancy as Part of a Social Adaptation Program for Militaries Exempted From Military Service)

<jats:p>&lt;b&gt;Bulgarian Abstract: &lt;/b&gt;Реализацията на процеса на ефективна социална адаптация на освободените от Българската армия военнослужещи изисква дефинирането на няколко основни етапа, които са свързани с установяване на основните ключови компетенции на изхода от системата. А такива са компетенциите, които те притежават и могат с тях свободно да се конкурират на първичния пазар на труда. &lt;b&gt;English Abstract: &lt;/b&gt;The paper examines the process of social adaptation through the point of view of the implementation of an active competence model evaluating correctly and clearly the competencies of militaries exempted from the army. The necessity of such an evaluation at the output of the system is substantiated by the realization of the real probability of social adaptation on the labor market and into the society as a whole.</jats:p>
