<jats:p>&lt;b&gt;Russian Abstract: &lt;/b&gt;Содержание дисциплины охватывает круг вопросов связанных с функционированием банковской системы Российской Федерации. В ходе изучения курса «Банковское право» студенты рассматривают отношения, складывающиеся как в сфере частноправового регулирования, так и носящие публичный характер, что обусловило необходимость анализа основных банковских институтов во взаимодействии между собой и с нормами гражданского, административного, финансового, гражданского и других отраслей законодательства, а также основных банковских операций и банковских сделок. &lt;b&gt;English Abstract: &lt;/b&gt;The content of discipline covers a circle of the questions connected with functioning of a banking system of the Russian Federation. During studying of the course "Bank Right" students consider the relations developing as in the sphere of private-law regulation, and having public character that caused need of the analysis of the main bank institutes for interaction among themselves and with norms civil, administrative, financial, civil and other branches of the legislation, and also the main bank operations and bank transactions.</jats:p>
