Анализ Достаточности и Эффективности Созданных Институтов в Интеграционных Процессах (The Analysis of the Adequacy and Effectiveness of the Established Institutions in the Integration Processes)

<jats:p>&lt;b&gt;Russian Abstract: &lt;/b&gt;В работе проведен сопоставительный анализ институтов и органов Европейского союза и Таможенного союза (Единого экономического пространства) в рамках ЕврАзЭС, представлены юридические основы функционирования Европейской Комиссии, процедура принятия решений, хронологическая взаимосвязь между развитием ЕС и его институтов, а также результаты краткого анализа функционирования интеграционных структур Карибского сообщества. &lt;b&gt;English Abstract: &lt;/b&gt;The paper presents a comparative analysis of the institutions and bodies of the European Union and the Customs Union (Common Economic Space) within the Eurasian Economic Community, represented by the legal basis for the functioning of the European Commission, the decision-making procedure, the chronological relationship between the development of the EU and its institutions, as well as the results of a brief analysis of the functioning of the integration structures Caribbean Community.</jats:p>
