Abstract

<title>Abstract</title> <p> Advances in digital technology have changed the paradigm of art education, presenting new opportunities in the development of competencies that are aligned with the needs of the creative industry. This research aims to analyze digital media-based learning strategies that are effective in improving the technical and creative skills of art students to be ready to face the professional world of work. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA 2020 approach to 15 international articles indexed by Scopus. The results show that technologies such as Generative Artificial Intelligence, Learning Management System, digital drawing devices, visual sensors, and AR/VR contribute greatly to strengthening industry-based competencies. Project-based learning and industry collaboration also support the development of soft skills such as collaboration, adaptability, and digital literacy. This research provides direction for a more adaptive and applicative art curriculum, by placing technology as the main foundation of learning. Art education in the digital age is demanded more than just aesthetics; It must respond to the demands of the industry and the global market. <bold>Annotation.</bold> Advances in digital technology are reshaping arts education, offering opportunities to develop competencies that align with the industry. These SLRs (PRISMA 2020, 15 Scopus articles) find digital tools (AI, LMS, AR/VR, digital devices) improve technical and creative skills. Project-based learning and industry collaboration enhance soft skills. Suggest an adaptive and technology-focused curriculum that prepares students for professional demands. </p>
