Abstract
<title>Abstract</title> <p> Background and Purpose: Anxiety from uncertainty and perfectionism are central in psychology. Third-wave therapies emphasize acceptance but often overlook meaning-making in religious communities. This study designed and validated Maslahat Solukiyah as an Islamic psychological framework for managing anxiety and perfectionism. Materials and Methods: This theoretical study used qualitative content analysis and logical inference. Concepts were extracted from Quran, Hadith, and Sheikh Ansari's works, integrated with Mulla Sadra's substantial motion, and redefined psychologically. Eleven experts validated the concept using CVI and CVR indices. Results: CVR values for "Niyyah-based Piety" (0.81), "Active Conduct" (0.82), and "Maslahat Solukiyah" (0.87) exceeded 0.59. Overall CVI was 0.85. Experts rated it highly applicable for existential anxiety and clinical perfectionism. Conclusion: Maslahat Solukiyah offers a valid Islamic framework shifting from outcome-orientation to conduct-orientation. Its "Triangular Transformation" structure was confirmed, aligning with Intolerance of Uncertainty and Somatic Error theories, suggesting transdiagnostic potential for anxiety treatment. </p>
