Abstract

The article demonstrates that the factors influencing the classification of medical organizations by risk categories are quite diverse. In addition to risk indicators K and other criteria contained in the appendix to the Regulation on federal state control (supervision) of the quality and safety of medical practice, such factors include information characterizing the level of risk of harm (damage) obtained in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation from any sources that ensure their reliability and presented in Part 1 of Article 24 of the Law on State Control No. 248-FZ.
