ZPIF ULTIMATE: Spectral Self-Interactions, Prime Distribution, and Information Dynamics

<jats:p>This work presents the complete evolution of the Zero Pair Interaction Functional (ZPIF) framework, from its original formulation as a quadratic spectral extension of the Riemann explicit formula to a comprehensive unified framework for spectral self-interactions, prime distribution, and information dynamics. The central discovery is the Active Spectral Mode (ASM) Hypothesis: each zero of the Riemann zeta function is an active spectral entity possessing intrinsic properties including internal energy, magnetic moment, oscillation dynamics, cyclic recurrence, non-local communication, entanglement, self-transformation, and infinite internal depths.The framework introduces polynomial and fractional self-interactions, active spectral properties, non-local communication, quantum transitions, spectral dynamics, auto-encoding, spectral entanglement, self-transformation, and infinite depths. The theory is rigorously constructed within a separable Hilbert space H = L²(R), using a self-adjoint spectral operator D and test functions fx(t) = e-t² cos(t log x).
