Criticism of the Universal Classification of Concession Agreements as Mixed Civil Law Contracts

<jats:p>The article describes the features and approaches to understanding concession agreements. Analyzing defense concession agreements with their features related to public national interests, the author raises the question of the adequacy of the qualification of such agreements as mixed civil law contracts. Analyzing the approaches established by the national doctrine, the author came to the conclusion about the administrative and legal nature of such agreements. It follows from this that the regulation of such agreements goes beyond the scope of civil law.</jats:p>
