Abstract
The article examines possible methods for calculating the state duty for considering a class action. The author demonstrates that the courts' practice on this issue is not uniform and requires unification. The author presents an analysis of each method of calculation, and criticizes those methods that assume calculating the state duty from the amount of claims of all persons who have joined the class action. The author also polemicizes with the approach proposed in science to establish a fixed amount of the state duty for considering a class action.
