Abstract
<jats:p>Disciplinary responsibility in medical professions The monograph is a compendium of knowledge on the legal regulations concerning disciplinary liability in the medical profession. It contains not only a discussion of the current state of the law, but also takes into account the latest literature and case law on professional liability. Due to the wide range of potential recipients, what deserves to be emphasised is the orderliness and clarity of the argument, which allows for understanding even the most complicated legal issues related to professional liability of particular medical professions. The publication is also addressed to lawyers-practitioners, e.g. advocates, legal counsels, in order to familiarise themselves with the institutions of professional liability. The book presents the course of the various stages of professional liability proceedings, appeals against decisions, extraordinary appeals and resumption of professional liability proceedings.</jats:p>
