Abstract

<jats:p>This article presents the author's perspective on addressing the challenges of individual contractual regulation of labor relations, substantiates the boundaries (limits) of such regulation, and provides a legal analysis of contracts not specified in labor law. Particular attention is paid to two types of individual agreements: an agreement to terminate an employment contract by mutual agreement and a non-competition agreement. Based on a summary of governing and current judicial practice and a comparative legal study of these agreements, specific proposals for amendments and additions to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation are formulated.</jats:p>
