Abstract

<jats:p>The article is devoted to fundamental psychological problems - personality resources in a life-meaning crisis. The results of an empirical study are presented, which illustrate that the process of experiencing a life-meaning crisis actualizes personality resources, which can be universal and/or unique. In particular, personal resources such as reflection, authentic self-expression, autonomy, optimism, and acceptance of oneself and one’s circumstances contribute to resolving life’s contradictions. The article notes that in the process of experiencing a life-meaning crisis, a qualitative change in personal resources occurs.</jats:p>
