Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of metacognitive and reflexive regulation of managerial activity. The use of an external criterion, that is professional experience, made it possible to establish the parameters of the structural organization of metacognitive and reflexive qualities in the groups of leaders. It is shown that the highest degree of structural organization is achieved in two “extreme” experience groups (occupational phases), while at the middle stage of occupational genesis there is a decrease in the integrative potential of metacognitive and reflexive parameters, which is due to a number of phenomenological aspects. The differences in the revealed structures are qualitative, thereby fixing the fact of heterogeneity of structures, the configuration of each of which is fundamentally specific.
