Abstract
Background. The most time-consuming and costly process in flax farming is cleaning, which, depending on the adopted technology, accounts for 65...80% of labor costs, 55...75% of monetary costs and up to 40% of energy costs [1, 2]. Separate cleaning includes cutting flax with a teaser while spreading it on the field in ribbons. The performance of this machine will depend on the cleaning time, as well as the cost of the final product. The improvement of the technological process of tinkering with separate harvesting of long-lived flax makes it possible to improve quality and economic indicators. The purpose of the study: to improve the technological process of pulling at the separate harvesting of flax by applying a new technical solution at the level of patentability. Methods. Patent search and comparative analysis of existing machines and units for pulling flax during separate harvesting. Advantages and disadvantages of machine and unit designs. Justification of the choice of the scheme of the technological process of tinkering. The economic justification from the application of a technical solution. Results. A study of the state of the issue of long flax pulling during two-phase harvesting, patent search and analysis of existing machines and units revealed that the main disadvantage is low productivity, as well as reliability at high cost, which directly affects the technological process of pulling. The use of system analysis and economic justification made it possible to solve the task by creating a trailed flax teaser of a new level. Conclusion. As a result of the technical solutions adopted to improve the technological process of pulling flax with separate harvesting, a trailed flax teaser has been developed, which allows to improve the quality of the technological process, as well as reduce the cost of the final product. Key words: flax, harvesting, pulling, flax pulling. To cite this article: Solovyov S. V.
