Abstract
In the present work, fabrication of CS-SnO2-ZnO and CS-ZrO2-Fe2O3 nanocomposites was investigated to apply in different flexible nanoelectronics fields. The morphological and dielectric features of CS-SnO2-ZnO and CS-ZrO2-Fe2O3 nanocomposites films were studied at frequency ranged from 100Hz to 2MHz. The results recognized that the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of CS-SnO2-ZnO and CS-ZrO2-Fe2O3 nanocomposites films were decreased but the conductivity was increased with increasing frequency. The dielectric constant, dielectric loss and conductivity of CS were enhanced when the SnO2-ZnO and ZrO2-Fe2O3 nanoparticles content increased. The final outcomes showed the CS-SnO2-ZnO and CS-ZrO2-Fe2O3 nanocomposites films may be useful in numerous electrical and electronics applications.
