<p>This is a systematic review and meta-analysis of studies reporting the Lumipulse-G plasma p-tau217/Aβ42 with an aim to derive prevalence-calibrated thresholds for rule-out (targeting NPV≥95%) and rule-in (targeting PPV≥90%) and compare their performance with the FDA-approved cutoffs.</p>
