Abstract

The purpose of the research is to develop and substantiate an integrated approach to the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of information security, in which electronic simulators and team simulations play a key role. Special attention is paid to the formation of not only technical, but also personal competencies such as analytical thinking, stress tolerance, ethical responsibility and communication skills. The methodological basis of the research consists of a theoretical analysis of scientific publications, a system-structural approach to designing the educational environment, as well as modeling real professional scenarios using electronic simulators, including SIEM systems and cybersecurity tools. The use of these methods makes it possible to create conditions for the holistic development of the professional readiness of future specialists. The results of the study. It is shown that effective training of an information security specialist is impossible without a synthesis of technical training and purposeful development of personal qualities. An integrated learning environment based on the use of electronic simulators and team simulations promotes the formation of systematic thinking, ethical competence and skills to work in conditions of uncertainty and stress. The prospects of the research are related to the expansion of the functionality of training systems, their integration into educational programs jointly with employers, as well as a quantitative assessment of the impact of this approach on the professional effectiveness of graduates.
