Restoration of historical aircraft to flying condition

<jats:p>The monograph is devoted to the technology and results of restoration of historical aircraft to flying condition. The content of such stages of restoration work as the selection of restoration facilities; the study of archive materials, the search and lifting of aircraft; the restoration of working drawings and technologies; the restoration of original parts and the production of parts to replace them; technical inspection, ground and flight tests, as well as obtaining a certificate of airworthiness. The restoration of historic aircraft has resulted in demonstration flights both in Russia and abroad. Flights in Russia on the days of commemoration of the military glory of our country are an opportunity to touch the glorious history of our Homeland with pride for it. Foreign flights can dispel the myth of the dominance of Anglo-American aviation in World War II.</jats:p>
