<jats:p>The Federal Climate Protection Act obliges public authorities to take climate concerns into account in their plannings and decisions. Miriam Köhl places Section 13 (1) sentence 1 KSG in the context of other climate protection-related consideration obligations and examines what contribution such regulations can make to climate protection.</jats:p>
