<jats:p>The latest edition of this textbook reflects the current situation in European law up to the beginning of February 2018, and takes into account all amendments resulting from the enforcement of the Treaty of Lisbon as well as further provisions of German integration law. The procedural rules of the European Court of Justice are a new addition.</jats:p>
