Abstract

<jats:p>A history of evidence in court describes the law in relation to societal ideas about the prospects of truth and the processes of establishing knowledge, while the techniques of legal hermeneutics reflect the changing conceptions of truth and justice in court, as well as the role of jurisprudence and other disciplines in administrating jurisdiction.</jats:p>
