Abstract

<jats:p>This monograph offers an interdisciplinary reflection on the phenomenon of interpersonal closeness, presenting it as a central conceptual category in the social sciences and humanities. The authors explore closeness as a relationship grounded in axiological, anthropological, and social foundations, with a focus on its role in family, education, and critical life situations. Special attention is given to contemporary challenges such as digitalization of relationships, social disintegration, and the crisis of values. The publication bridges theoretical analysis with practical application, offering tools for interpreting closeness in a social context.
