Abstract
<jats:p>The question concerning the main issues in contemporary philosophy of law has been repeated in consecutive decades. From the perspective of someone who would like to form an opinion on the current state of this discipline, as well as its relevance and directions of development, it may be very informative to analyse the topics that young researchers are fascinated by. Taking a look at the achievements of the national congress of young philosophers and legal theorists is a good opportunity to do so. The participants of this cyclical scientific conference coming from leading Polish academic centers – students, PhD students or doctors – raise issues that currently attract the attention of the young generation of scientists. It is the voice of young people concerning their experiences and scientific fascinations [...] expressed in the selection of the topics of papers and messages delivered during the 9th Congress of Young Theoreticians and Philosophers of Law. It took place in Toruń on 4–6 September 2019. The articles published in this volume are an extension of the participants' representative statements.
