Constitutional and legal norms: concept, features

<jats:p>The purpose of writing the article is to highlight the features of constitutional and legal norms. During the study, various methods of knowledge of constitutional and legal reality were used, in particular: dialectical-materialistic, formal-legal, logical, method of system analysis. This made it possible to draw attention to the special role of constitutional law in the system of Russian law, the variety of constitutional and legal norms and the possibility of classifying them on various grounds. It was concluded that it is necessary to consider when determining the norms of constitutional law their objective division into legal regulators of the first and second order, dependence of structural construction on content.</jats:p>
