Abstract

<jats:p>This article provides a comprehensive analysis of modern strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia, the most common type of lymphoproliferative disease in adults. It provides an overview of current approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The article discusses key diagnostic criteria, prognostic markers, and treatment algorithms based on current international recommendations. A clinical case of chronic lymphocytic leukemia demonstrates timely diagnosis, a comprehensive approach to therapy with a change in treatment programs and the achievement of partial remission.</jats:p>
