Abstract

The monograph is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for managing the commercialization of intellectual property as a strategic resource for innovative and technological development of organizations in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. The need for a transition from fragmented licensing and transfer of rights models to a comprehensive life cycle management system for IPOs, including strategic support, commercial potential assessment, organizational and legal mechanisms, and digital support infrastructure, is substantiated. The key factors influencing the effectiveness of the transformation of intellectual labor results into market products are highlighted. Methods for assessing the commercial potential of intellectual property, models for managing unique technological competencies (UTK), digital engineering tools and digital solutions for supporting commercialization processes have been developed. Special attention is paid to the formation of an integration platform — the engineering of the future — as the basis for the scalable reproduction of intellectual assets. It is addressed to scientific and engineering staff, specialists in the field of intellectual property management, digital transformation, innovation policy, as well as heads of scientific and high-tech organizations, graduate students and teachers of economic and technical universities.
